• Akademie der Ingenieure
CURPAS has maintained intensive contacts with the Akademie der Ingenieure for a long time. The academy is nationwide active, its primary target group being companies in the construction industry.
• AuG Kiel GmbH
AuG Kiel GmbH sees itself as an external service provider whose focus is not only on supporting small and medium-sized companies. The main fields of activity of AuG Kiel include professional support in the area of HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) management for drone operations at onshore/offshore wind turbines. Thus, AuG Kiel is an important partner for CURPAS and UFO in this field.
• IHK Cottbus
The Cottbus Chamber of Industry and Commerce sees itself as the self-governing body of the South Brandenburg business community and is an important partner in the region when it comes to education, training and continuing education. At present, the Cottbus Chamber of Industry and Commerce has about 34,000 members in the fields of industry, trade, hospitality, services and transport. One of the main tasks of the Cottbus Chamber of Industry and Commerce is to represent the overall interests of all the tradesmen belonging to it with the aim of promoting the commercial economy in the region. For CURPAS and UFO, respectively, the competence of the Cottbus Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the field of vocational training as well as further education and training issues is of great interest. Against this background, a lively exchange takes place with the responsible employees.
• WBS Training
The WBS Training is a partner for CURPAS, especially with its teaching platform of interactive learning. With the help of the platform, teaching content can be presented convincingly in small groups. This is especially true for the interactive learning and simulation modules to be developed.
International
• UAS Denmark
With over 120 member organizations, all areas along the UAS value chain are covered; members include hardware and software developers, universities, authorized technological service institutes, consultants, operators and public organizations. UAS Denmark is the formative association for unmanned aerial systems in Denmark with very good contacts to the other clusters such as robotics. There are also more than 300 controllers organized here, who can contribute practical knowledge in the field of operations. The cooperation with this association will have a positive effect on the teaching content to be designed.
• Forestry Training Center Poland
The Central Training Centre for UAV Operators for Forest Needs (COSODPL) operates in the Rzepin Forest District (Regional Directorate of State Forests in Szczecin, Lubuskie Voivodeship) and is listed in the register of the Office of Civil Aviation as a training institution. Training at COSODPL is aimed at employees of the State Forests, uniformed services (BOS) and other organizations that use drones in their work. Participants of the training can acquire the right to fly within visual range (VLOS) and out of visual range (BVLOS). The practical training is carried out with unmanned aircraft (rotor and fixed-wing aircraft), which are divided into different weight classes according to the needs of the persons to be trained.
